By the way, how does it work?
Your customers shop online or in-store and request home delivery.
In just a few clicks, you create the delivery request on our Professional Interface (or API), then prepare the order.
An individual deliverer collects the order from the store at the specified time.
Then the deliverer takes care of delivery to the address specified by your customer. And that's it!
Who are the individual deliverers?
The concept of crowdshipping is based on this essential notion: private individuals use their regular routes to deliver your customers' orders. Anyone can become a private delivery driver! All you need is to be of legal age and have a car. Of course, on our side, we carry out checks prior to registration to guarantee you a quality service.
Our aim is to optimise existing routes (to work or shopping) to reduce the economic impact and carbon footprint of the last mile. In exchange for this service, the private delivery driver receives a tip of a few euros via our mobile application as a mercy.
